Security & Data

Discuss operational systems with clear boundaries.

Logitize starts with the minimum information needed to understand a workflow, then defines access, testing, and human approval around the work that is actually agreed.

  • minimal-information discovery
  • purpose-specific access
  • staged testing and approval

Access expands only with purpose

  1. 01

    Understand

Begin with public, low-risk, and customer-confirmed context.

  2. 02

    Define the boundary

Name the information, people, systems, and purpose before access is requested.

  3. 03

    Test with control

Agree review, rollback, escalation, and human approval before wider operational use.

Start with minimal information

Early conversations can begin with public, low-risk, and customer-confirmed information. Sensitive operational data is not the default starting point.

Information needs are defined against the workflow and the decision being considered.

Access has a specific purpose

Where access is needed, it should be limited to the agreed purpose, scope, and people involved.

The appropriate access boundary depends on the workflow and is discussed before implementation work begins.

Testing before wider change

A credible implementation defines the test scope, review path, rollback expectations, and escalation points before it affects wider operations.

A test may show that the original idea should be adjusted, deferred, or not implemented.

Human approval remains visible

Where risk or judgment requires it, people retain approval and escalation roles. Software should not hide the conditions under which it can act.

Privacy and current terms

The Privacy Notice and Terms describe the current public website and contact experience. They should be read alongside any later agreed implementation documentation.

Discuss a requirement early

If a workflow has specific access, data, or approval requirements, raise them in the initial conversation or contact contact@logitize.ai.

Current limitations

This page describes working principles, not certifications, audit results, hosting commitments, or a promise that every workflow is suitable for automation.
