Where your data lives
Your account, Blueprint answers, call transcripts, and reports are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with established providers we vet carefully.
The exact hosting providers and regions for your systems are documented in your agreement, and we're happy to share the current list any time, just email contact@logitize.ai.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as it's needed to provide the service. Call recordings and transcripts have a defined retention period you can see in your contract; Blueprint answers are kept while your account is active; invoicing data is kept as long as tax law requires.

Which AI model providers we use
Our voice and chat systems are built on established large-language-model and speech providers. We configure these services so your data is processed for your requests only, under data-processing agreements, not for the provider's own purposes.
The specific providers behind your systems are named in your agreement, and we share the current list and their data-processing terms on request.
No training on your client data
We do not train AI models on your client data, and we contractually require the same from the model providers we use. Your customers' calls, chats, and documents are used to serve your business, nothing else.
Humans can always take over
Every system we ship has an explicit human override. Calls can transfer to your staff at any point; chats escalate to a person; automations run with human-in-the-loop checkpoints where it matters. The AI never fabricates an answer it doesn't have; it hands over.
Your privacy rights
You (and your customers) have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and export personal data we hold, and to object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.

Privacy by design
We take a conservative approach to data: consent at the point of collection, defined retention, a clear deletion path, and data-processing agreements with every provider that touches your data.
