• Communication data: messages you send us via website forms, email, social media, or any other channel. Processed to reply to your inquiries, maintain records, and manage legal claims, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to communications.
• Assessment & account data: answers you give in the Blueprint assessment and the account created to deliver your Blueprint in the client portal. Processed to generate and deliver your plan, on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and with your consent at the email gate.
• Customer data: information relating to purchases of our services, such as your name, address, contact details, and payment information. Processed to fulfil orders and keep transaction records, on the basis of performing a contract with you.
• User data: information about how you use our website. Processed to manage and secure our website, on the basis of our legitimate interest in smooth operations and security.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected via analytics tools. Processed to improve our website and services, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
• Marketing data: your preferences for receiving marketing communications. Processed on the basis of consent or our legitimate interest in growing our business.

We do not process special categories of personal data (such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or health), nor data about criminal offenses.

Where your personal data is transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, such as transfers to countries with an adequacy decision from the European Commission, or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal and regulatory requirements. For tax purposes we are legally required to keep customer transaction information for seven years. Where possible, we anonymize data for research or statistical purposes. Specific retention periods for service data such as call recordings and transcripts are set out in your service agreement.
