Information you provide
We may receive the following information when you contact us:
- your name and email address;
- your company name, when you choose to provide it;
- the message and workflow context you submit;
- booking details you provide through the scheduling service;
- later email communication connected to your inquiry.
Do not submit credentials, confidential files, production data, or special-category personal information through the public contact form.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, and diagnostic or security events. We use this information to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website.
Why we use the information
We use personal information only where needed to:
- respond to your message or arrange a requested call;
- understand whether Logitize may be relevant to your inquiry;
- maintain necessary communication records;
- operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website;
- meet applicable legal obligations.
The legal basis depends on the context and may include taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in responding and operating the website, consent where required, or a legal obligation.
Service providers
We may use service providers for website hosting, contact delivery, data storage, email, and scheduling. They may process only the information needed to provide their service to us.
The scheduling link uses Calendly. When you open or use Calendly, Calendly processes information under its own privacy notice and may use cookies required for its service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a genuine business reorganisation.
Cookies
The current Logitize public pages do not intentionally set advertising cookies. Essential storage may be used for website operation and security. Third-party services opened from the website, including Calendly, may use cookies according to their own notices.
You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking third-party cookies may affect the scheduling experience, but a direct Calendly link remains available.
Retention and security
We retain contact and communication information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. The period depends on whether an inquiry develops into a separately agreed service relationship.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate legal mechanism or provider commitment.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is used.
To make a request, email contact@logitize.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
Changes and questions
We may update this notice when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version.
