About
A calm, competent
implementation partner.
Logitize exists because most businesses don't need more AI tools. They need help deciding what is worth implementing, connecting it to how they already work, and rolling it out at a pace their team can absorb.
Who we are
We're a small team of engineers who build and run AI systems for businesses: assistants, voice workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom tools. Our value isn't a product catalogue. It's the judgment to map a business, spot where AI genuinely helps, and implement it without overbuilding.
This site practices what we preach. The AI Blueprint is the same kind of system we build for clients, and the portal is how our own delivery process runs.
We work across Europe, with English and Romanian as first-class languages, and we take data handling seriously. See how we handle data.

From the founder
“I started Logitize because businesses kept being sold AI as another subscription: a tool dropped on top of a workflow it was never designed for. Most of the value in AI adoption is in the unglamorous part: understanding the business first, and implementing carefully.”
“So that's the company we run. We tell clients when a process shouldn't use AI. We start with one workflow instead of ten. And we stay accountable for what we ship, because we keep running it.”
Rareș BugaFounder & CEO, LogitizeWhat we believe
Four things we won't compromise on.
Judgment before tools
The hard part of AI adoption isn't access to models. It's knowing which parts of a business they actually improve. We start there, and we're comfortable saying "not this process."
Design around what exists
Your team already has tools and habits that work. We design around your existing stack instead of replacing it, so adoption doesn't mean disruption.
Humans stay in control
Sensitive actions wait for a person. Escalation rules are explicit. A system that guesses on your behalf is a liability, not an asset.
Measurable usefulness
Every workflow we run reports what it handled, what it cost, and what it changed. If it isn't earning its place, we fix it or turn it off.
See where AI fits your business.
Start with the assessment: about five minutes, and an honest read at the end.
