Quality & languages

Will the AI sound robotic to my customers?

No. Our voice and chat assistants use modern natural-language models with realistic voices, and we tune each one to your business: your tone, your services, your vocabulary. The demo previews the same kind of system we build for clients, and we can walk you through a live example on a call.

What happens when the AI can't answer something?

It hands over gracefully. For calls, that means transferring to your staff or taking a message with a promised follow-up; for chat, it escalates to a human channel. Every assistant we ship has explicit human-fallback rules. The AI never fabricates an answer it doesn't have.

Which languages are supported?

English and Romanian are first-class, and most major EU languages are supported. A single assistant can handle multiple languages on the same line or widget, switching to whatever language the customer uses.

Can different AI assistants work together across my channels?

Yes. Once you run two or more Logitize assistants: say a voicebot on your phone and a chatbot on your site, we wire them up as one team. They share a knowledge base, recognise the same customer across channels, and report into one dashboard. We call this our AI Workforce tier; your Blueprint will recommend it when it fits.

Setup & integration

Do you also build custom web and mobile apps?

Yes. Alongside our standardized AI solutions, we design and build custom software: web applications, client portals, internal tools, and mobile apps for iOS and Android. The same engineers who build our AI systems build these, so AI capabilities like assistants, automation, and reporting can be baked in from the start. Custom apps are scoped per project: tell us what you need and we come back with a concrete proposal and a fixed quote before any work begins.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. The voicebot can sit behind your current number, typically via call forwarding or by porting the number, so your customers dial the same number they always have. We handle the telephony setup with you during onboarding.

How fast can we launch?

A typical voicebot or chatbot goes live within one to two weeks of approving your Blueprint. Most of that is gathering your knowledge base and connecting your calendar or CRM. Automation and reporting setups vary with complexity, and your Blueprint includes a phased timeline.

Who actually builds and runs my AI systems?

Logitize does. Real engineers, not a self-serve toolkit. We design, build, test, and launch each system with you, and every generated Blueprint is reviewed by our team before work begins. After launch, we monitor and maintain it under your care plan.

Will it work with the tools we already use?

Almost certainly. We connect to common calendars, CRMs, helpdesks, inboxes, and e-commerce platforms, and our automation layer supports a very wide range of integrations. The Blueprint assessment asks what you use today so the plan fits your existing stack.

Pricing & cancellation

What does the AI Blueprint cost?

Nothing. The Blueprint is free, takes about 7 minutes of questions, and there's no card and no obligation. You get a real plan: a diagnosis of your bottlenecks, the systems we'd install, and indicative pricing, whether or not you go ahead.

How does pricing work?

Each product has a one-off setup fee plus a monthly subscription that covers running, monitoring, and care (for example, voicebots from €49/mo, chatbots from €29/mo). Your Blueprint shows indicative 'from €' ranges; the exact quote is confirmed by our team before any work begins.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and you can cancel at any time by contacting us (and, once the client portal launches, directly from there). No long lock-ins. The one-off setup work stays yours; if you cancel, the running service simply stops at the end of the billing period.

Privacy & data

How do you handle privacy and data?

We take privacy seriously. We don't train models on your client data, call recordings and transcripts have defined retention periods, and you can request deletion at any time. The details are spelled out in plain language on our Security page.

The client portal (coming soon)

What is the client portal?

The client portal is coming soon. It will be mission control for everything we run for you: your company context, the solutions you've chosen, project progress, call recordings, transcripts, reports, invoices, and a direct chat with our team. Until it launches, you get the same visibility directly from us, by email and in our regular check-ins.

What happens after I approve my Blueprint?

Your Blueprint becomes a tracked project. We confirm the scope and pricing with you, then build in phases, and you see the status of each phase as we go. When products go live, we report on their usage, calls, and results, and once the client portal launches, all of it will be visible there in one place.

How do I know what the AI actually did this week?

We show you, in plain numbers: calls answered, messages replied to, appointments booked, what needs your approval, and what it all cost. Today that arrives as regular reports; once the client portal launches, the same workforce dashboard will be live in one place, with anomaly alerts when something looks off.

How does working with Logitize actually work?

Three steps. First, you tell us about your business, through the Blueprint, or just by talking to us. Then you choose the standardized solutions you want: some run fully automated, others we build with you. Finally, we standardize and integrate them into the tools you already use, and we keep you updated on everything as it runs (a client portal that puts it all in one place is coming soon).

What's the difference between automated and assisted solutions?

Automated solutions are standardized enough to switch on with minimal input from you. Assisted solutions need our input, telephony, integrations, or judgement, so our team standardizes and wires them in with you. Your Blueprint makes clear which is which for every solution it recommends.

Do I need to be technical to use any of this?

No. You answer plain-language questions, approve a plan written in plain language, and get reports written for business owners. We handle all the technical work: integrations, telephony, models, monitoring.
